Measured Up

Remember that wager where Sir Richard Branson said he would dress up as a Stewardess on an Air Asia flight? Here's the details of how you can be on board the charity flight.

Flashback March 2010. When the red lights went out to kick start the 2010 F1 season, it also gave AirAsia & Team Lotus’ Tony Fernandes and Virgin Group & Virgin Racing’s Richard Branson the opportunity to take the battle on the track into the skies with a wager of their own – the owner of the team that finished the lower of the two would have to serve as a flight attendant on the winner’s airline.

Nine months and 19 races later, Team Lotus' Tony Fernandes came tops which meant Richard Branson would have to don a sexy red AirAsia female flight attendant uniform and become an AirAsia Allstar for a day.

Both men felt the flight had to be one unlike any other and so the idea of a party in the sky was born. With music, entertainment and the opportunity to join two of the most colourful characters in aviation together being the order of the day, AirAsia through AirAsiaGo is offering the opportunity to join this party and make history 35,000 feet.
