Tonight, on Sky 1 HD’s A League of their Own at 21.00 BST, viewers will get the chance to see what happened when we put put comedy stars James Corden, Jimmy Carr and John Bishop in one of our Formula One racing cars at Silverstone Circuit.
The hugely popular comedy panel show, described by the trio as “The most fun you can have with your clothes on”, takes its cue from sporting obsession and sets two teams of comedians, celebrities and sports stars against each other in a test of their sporting knowledge. On the making of tonight’s episode, James Corden said: “Jimmy was so reckless. They said if we weren’t filming, Jimmy would have been sent home.”
